Located on the left side of the Eixample district, this apartment is very central, making it an ideal choice if you wish to be able to walk to many of Barcelona´s major attractions. Go down the street where you live, the long Gran Via de les Corts Catalans, towards the Plaza de Cataluña, the city´s most central plaza and one of the largest plazas in Spain. From here we recommend two options: walk down the famous Las Ramblas to the Old Port, and inhale the sea breeze of the Mediterranean, or go up the exclusive Paseo de Gracia to admire the window displays at the designer shops and the facades of the famous modernist structures. Among the most prominent of these are the Casa Lleo i Morera, the Casa de les Punxes and two masterpieces designed by the father of modernism, Antoni Gaudí: the Casa Mila, also known as La Pedrera, and the Casa Batllò. Both are sure to impress, inside and out. Another “must” on your itinerary is losing yourself in narrow streets of the Gothic Quarter and taking a picture in front of the Cathedral.
